For this assignment two different tracks of two differerent users have been analysed in order to find out which are the most popular touristic spots in Bilbao (except for the Guggenheim Museum!). The evaluating parameter is the distance between the points of the two tracks, which can be changed accordingly via a numeric slider.

Using the application for Androids “My tracks” two kml files have been saved. Subsequently, they have been opened with “Google Earth” in order to find the Reference Point that Grasshopper requires in order to place the tracks into the correct place.

In order to draw Bilbao map I extracted the osm file from “www.openstreetmap.org” and then visualize it in grasshopper with “Elk” and “GHowl” components.

The viscosity of a fluid is a measure of its resistance to gradual deformation by shear stress or tensile stress.
A liquid whose viscosity is less than that of water is sometimes known as a mobile liquid, while a substance with a viscosity substantially greater than water is called a viscous liquid.* This visualization will help us to figure out which liquids are in each of the aforementioned categories.
