We all live in our own personal bubbles. When we are a situation where we are forced to share our personal bubble with a stranger, we often tend to feel discomfortable, which usually happens due to the invasion of privacy.

We propose to create what we call an interaction bubble, which merges personal bubbles by breaking the barriers between them, promoting human interaction. In order to create this interaction bubble, we thought of ways to attract people to share a space where human interaction is nurtured. So we thought of hacking a public bench and transform it into a platform for the interaction bubble were trying to create.

THE VOID resembles the subtraction of boundaries where the personal bubbles clash when two people sit on the bench. The orientation of the seats makes strangers face each other, encouraging interaction.

A bench that speaks- Through sound radiation, the bench is able to attract people to sit on it, acting like a magnet.
