Gypsum Plaster Icosahedron  

Process:
Molded using 2 pieces of foam milled into the icosahedron split in half. Each half milled into one of the foam pieces, then the 2 halves are faced and clamped together (milled part to the inside) then slow drying plaster is poured into a hole that has been carved vertically in the middle of the mold. left to dry for an hour.
