On the 11th and 12th of June, partners met for the fourth time in London, hosted by the UK partner, USE. During the meeting partners discussed the assessment of competences to acquire through the competions and design contests mentoring and training potential course. In particular:
- mentoring: the focus was on what the competences of the mentor and mentees are, or are transferred from the mentor to the mentee; how the mentee can be assisted and how to measure his/her knowledge; how to make the learning as practical as possible and the involvement in a real competition during the training period.
- programmer training: the specific details of the course included considerations on how to measure the knowledge acquired during the training by the learners, how to involve the students in real practice experience as for example workshops with real potential clients.
- digital platform, an introduction on the CO-CO platform was put forward and contents listed.
