MIT and IAAC´s Self Sufficient Building studio has developed a common agenda of work during the last months. They had conducted a common workshop with both groups, at IAAC on April and 2 months later they conclude their projects in Boston in MIT.
10 MIT graduate students, developed 10 projects on Self-sufficiency in Barcelona 22@ district,were they were trying to define new strategies on urban planning concepts and self-sufficient blocks.
On Monday 21st the MIT had the final reviews of their studio and the Jury consisted of: Andrew Scott, Javier Peña, Ted Szotkowski, Cristina Parreño, Liam O’Brien, Michel Dennis, John Fernandez, Nader Tehrani, Eran Ben-Joseph, Aida Español.
